What the cover charges mean
Norwegian charges a flat per-person cover at specialty restaurants rather than pricing each dish. Your Free at Sea package includes a set number of specialty meals depending on the length of your cruise; the cover charge applies when you dine beyond those, or if you don’t have the package.

⚓ Cruise Corps Pro Tip: Use your included Free at Sea meals at the $60 restaurants and pay out of pocket at the $40 venues — a credit is worth the same whichever restaurant you spend it in, so spend it where the cover is highest. You don’t have to use them in any particular order.
